Aptech International Education Center, located in West Kazakhstan, was recently awarded the ‘Citizen’s Choice Award’ by the government of Uralsk, Kazakhstan. This award recognizes Aptech as the best education provider for IT and English language for the fourth consecutive year. The award was presented at an event ceremony for the project National Recognition 2014.The award was decided through public voting.
Aptech tied up with the Uralsk State University in 2008 to facilitate IT and English language education in Uralsk. Around 800 students have enrolled across a total of five centres, spread across two cities. Aptech also plans to expand its base to Astana and Almaty to contribute to the country’s academic requirements.
Pravir Arora, executive vice-president, International & enterprise business, Aptech, said, “We are delighted to receive such a great honour from the citizens and government of Uralsk. We hope to reach even higher number of students and make a positive contribution to the government’s endeavour in making people IT trained and English educated.”
