• Create new jobs in electronic manufacturing services (EMS) sector to reach 30 K new jobs in 2020 and 300 K new jobs in 2030
• Create 20,000 high level technical jobs

This means that the country needs thousands of professionals trained and certified in technology areas including Embedded Software, Mobile Applications, Big Data, Analytics, and Cloud Computing.
